Ernesto 65

The project consists of two buildings: the northern building, called Azuaga 68, whose launch is scheduled for August 2024, and the southern building, called Ernesto 65, which is in the pre-launch phase with construction scheduled to begin in July 2024.

The Ernesto 65 building contains 6 units, distributed in 2 T0, 2 T1 and 2 T2. The Azuaga 68 building has 10 units, 4 T0, 4 T1 and 2 T2.

Located in a quiet area, with one-way streets and public parking available, the area is predominantly residential and has a privileged location, just a 2-minute walk from Jardim do Morro metro station. The proximity to a variety of services, including supermarkets and primary and secondary schools (a 9-minute walk away), reinforces the location´s convenience.

The location is even more valued due to its proximity to the main tourist area of ??Gaia and Porto, on the banks of the Douro River. Praça Jardim do Morro and the Dom Luís I bridge are a 5-minute walk away, while Cais de Gaia and Cais da Ribeira, in Porto, are a 10-minute walk away.

The university hub is accessible in 25 minutes by metro on a direct line. By car, access to the A44 highway and Ponte do Infante via Avenida Dom João II, located 800 meters from the building, is easy.
